Easy to insert into the ground. If more leverage is needed a pry bar or large wrench can be inserted through the handle part. I also love the chain to secure the goal to the anchor. Much better than other methods I've seen. This allows for a quick release for tipping down the goal if needed without unscrewing the anchor out of the ground.
