I coach a girls, youth soccer team. I was finding it a challenge to teach the girls to kick properly. I started with one-on-one training with this, and the feedback and improvement has been tremendous. Remember, this still requires repitition, but it works.

Slips a little when you tighten it....at least on my skinny child. But it does help with her kicking. Overall I recommend it for others.
