Set these rings up in any pattern, then run, walk, bound or hop from ring to ring to develop balance, flexibility, agility, quickness and coordination. This is an inexpensive way to have players working at the same time with fun, functional drills. Rings are durable heavy duty flat PVC plastic to avoid potential injury from tripping.
