A proper fit is important, determining your size is simple. Measure completely around your forehead at the fullest part pulling the tape measure snug.

Nice product- bought the head guards for my two sons. Once I convinced them that being safe was more important than looking cool the guards haven't come off at practice or games. I would recommend this product for all age levels.
