SafeTGard has revolutionized the support sleeve by introducing multiple compression points to the products they offer. Varying the knit densities and thicknesses provide support and flex where needed most. The knits used provide for increased breathability over standard neoprene wraps and the extremely thin profile will not interfere with athletic activity or clothing.
-Silicone inside at the top of the knee helps to keep support in place
-Extra flex behind the knee
-Extra support behind and below the patella

They are nice but, they run small in every other knee support I use a medium. Should have gotten large. It was hard to get them over my calves.
