The poles springs are very sturdy and there is a bungy string to assist with poles staying together(great idea). I would reccomend to other coaches/ trainers.

Works well, the only improvement would be a higher guage spring.

Poles were received with a bit of rust on the ground spikes. They routinely come apart when removing from the ground and one has broken at the midpoint where the pole extends. They are decent training poles for the price, but be aware if they will receive frequent use.

Very cheap plastic, broke at the very first training I used them. Worth it if you are trying to decide if you need poles and don?t want to spend a ton of money on them.

I have used them only on 3 goalkeeper sessions. 3 poles already broke.
