Insole: Anatomic removable insole in cotton and shock absorbing EVA foam.
Midsole: Single density molded high-end shock absorbing EVA foam.
Outsole: Multi-studded rubber outsole provides superior traction on turf and hard natural surfaces.

I read the previous reviews and ordering a half size larger gave me a proper fit. The shoes appear to be well made, look good, and they are very comfortable. I have used them on firm natural turf and artificial turf and the shoes have performed well.

I love these shoes, they have just enough grip at the bottom to work in indoor or outdoor situations, perfect for refereeing!
