Very disappointed. I was under the impression that this item could be used for bulgarian training bag exercises. The material is too weak and after a few swings it sprung a leak where the handle meets the main body. A booklet showing what exercises can be done with this equipment should be available before purchase so that future customers will not make the same mistake that I did.
