They were printed with the wrong numbers or on the wrong sizes.
Pull down lists quantity per size, per group.

All Jerseys in these groups are NAVY with 8" WHITE Numbers (on the back)
There is also a Holmes County Soccer logo on the left chest. See enlarged photo for detail.
