This hand-held tape applicator will provide a means to apply pressure-sensitive floor cover seam tape to overlapping vinyl sections in one fast and easy step. Applicator has a heavy-duty steel frame and a comfortable nylong handgrip. Applicator holds one roll tape (3" wide x 55 yards long with a 3" diameter core). Applicator includes a brake to keep tape properly loaded. Also included are a wipe-down flap to press the tape to the vinyl, and a serrated blade to cut the tape.
