My 14 daughter is very pleased with these shoes. They provide excellent traction on the turf. Great price for an all leather shoe! FYI: Because these are men's shoes, I ordered 2 sizes smaller than her normal shoe size and they are about 1/2 size to large....Hope this helps!

I bought these specifically for youth soccer practices on turf and refereeing on grass. It is a very good VALUE shoe, meaning it is slightly above average in quality (except for the insole) at a very LOW price relative to the other options. The Acacias seem to run true to size & standard width, so if you have a wide foot (I have a "E" width), it will be tight across the front but the leather is soft enough to where the shoe has stretched out over the past couple of weeks. The insole is why this does not get 5 stars - a totally cheap sole liner. Rip it out (1 small strip of glue holding it down) and replace it with custom orthotics or a good quality aftermarket insole. I would recommend, and would purchase again.
