Purchased to facilitate training for two young boys ages 11 and 13. First time set-up was medium easy, subsequent installations will be quite easy. One plastic snap connector broke when 25 year-old tried to tension the net incorrectly. In-ground stakes are simple 12-inch long 1/2" diameter lagging screws. For soft ground I could wish for longer. The net plays well. Ten to twenty feet away is optimal, it will not rebound much if at all beyond that. Suspect with additional tension, it may rebound further. By far the best re-bounder on the current market. The video at FLEXGOAL.com is accurate, the net plays as shown. Do notice the kicking distance, the trapping practice etc. I wish I had one when I played back in the 70's.

I love this unique goal by Bow & Lever. The Flexgoal is light, easy to set-up and easy to use. It is the best rebounder I have seen. We use it in our training sessions. Not only does the Flexgoal present a full size target but also the concave net design redirects the rebound to the shooter. It makes shot training very efficient and rewards the shot taker for hitting inside the post. This product is great for keeper training as well. If you are a coach in need of a training goal or a parent with a young soccer player and a backyard, I highly recommend the Bow & Lever Flexgoal.
