Ball holds up well to high school age kids practice. The weight is just about right -- I am going to suggest to the team that I coach to purchase one of these balls from Epic. You can't beat the price

Have only used a couple of times, but seem to be well made and the kids and parents love the look of them. hopefully we will be using them and getting more of them for years to come.
