These are a bit more expensive but worth it. Ths shell material really molds to the shin and is much more confortable than the classic plastic shell. The kids love them, they are a bit more spendy but worth the $!

I can describe them best as armadillo skin. Tough and durable, but not heavy feeling. My son loves these and feels extremely confident when wearing these.

These shin guards are nice. They were bought for my daughter and she said they are light yet provide good protection for her shins.

top of the line shinguard. made of special material to make them thin and light but also ultra flexable to form to your leg and absorb the hardest contact. High school soccer season was rough but these made my son fearless when going into traffic anc taking hard knocks and kicks. Highly recomend- wear well and last long time. bought this pair for my daughter who is needing more than just the cheapo ones now too.
