The Trainer weighs 9lbs and is easily transported. You can fill the base on site with roughly 3 gallons of water.
Is the Ball in the Trainer a standard size? Can I use my own or is one supplied?
The Ball that is attached to the Gravity Arm is a "light weight" Size 4 ball. You can use your own Size 4 ball, however, make sure it is under-inflated and not wet or heavy as this will decrease the performance of the trainer.

Good product, easy to use. The only issue we have is if the players are kicking harder than a tap (especially when they're first learning to control it), the band that holds the ball in place comes off & the ball flies out. As long as your players learn a softer touch, that issue doesn't happen.
