"My daughter is 13 and wears a size 8 glove in other brands. We ordered a size larger in this glove, (size 9) since reviews said they ran smaller--that was correct--they are a little snugger--a narrower fit compared to Ulsport, but a better fit for my daughter's more slender hands (compared to an adult). She likes the "finger" guards, and there is wrist guard that also serves to protect the top of the hand when making those dives. Foam is better quality than she is used to and so far (2 games).
